Rebecca serves as Chief Operating Officer at NewStore, where she is responsible for driving operational execution and cross-functional alignment across the business. In this role, Rebecca oversees Legal, Professional Services, and Security, and leads Omnichannel Success, Commercial Strategy and Operations, and People—bringing together the teams and systems that underpin customer outcomes, commercial rigor, and organizational scale.

Since joining NewStore, Rebecca has been a trusted operating leader, known for her sound judgment, high standards, and pragmatic, business-building approach to complex challenges. She has played a critical role in strengthening the company’s security posture, improving execution consistency, and ensuring that growth is matched with discipline, integrity, and accountability. Prior to NewStore, Rebecca was sole legal counsel at Blend360, where she managed a broad portfolio spanning compliance, operations, legal, and human resources. Earlier in her career, she served as a prosecutor in Maryland, leading the Child Exploitation Unit and working as part of the Internet Crimes Against Children DOJ task force. With experience across more than 50 jury trials, she brings a solutions-oriented mindset to leadership, grounded in decisiveness and clarity under pressure.

Outside of her operating responsibilities, Rebecca remains active in advocacy and education. She serves on the Board of a Child Advocacy Center and guest lectures at her alma mater, American University Washington College of Law, contributing to the development of the next generation of legal and business leaders.
